Is it hard for a Gemini to forget?

Well.. My mom(taurus) and dad (Sagittarius) had split up so me and my sister and my mom went to Virginia and Left my Dad in Texas.. Every since then, everything has been horrible. I like to think about the past because it just has good memories. I try to forget some like my 2 crushes but I can't.. I talk to myself at night while I'm in my bed. Everything was good, I had a good school, good enviroment, good friends, just good EVERYTHING, and its hard for me to let go. When we moved me and my mom had got into some big arguements. She always think that I always cherish my dad when I don't. I just want things the way they use to be. I want to go back so bad but I'm scared because I don't know how to start over again (I didn't do my 8th grade year there so it will feel like I missed out on some things). I should have stayed there.
