How fast would you have to travel around the globe to always stay in sunlight?

I was watching the Lord of the Rings cartoon and I was thinking how the night riders only come out at night (not really sure if that's accurate) and I thought "Well, if Frodo could move fast enough and he never had to sleep, he could stay in the sunlight and never have to worry about it." Now, obviously Middle Earth is fictional and you couldn't really calculate what the sunrise and sunset is. But, what if someone had to stay in sunlight on earth? How far would they have to travel and how fast to always be in sunlight if they were going directly around the center of the globe?
